SPACE's Peckham Purchase

SPACE is delighted to announce the purchase of our 33,000ft2 new studio building in Peckham.

With nearly 70 studios, this will be one of SPACE's largest properties and only the second purchase in our 43 year history. Two floors are fitted out and 50% pre-let proving the strength of interest in Peckham and Bermondsey as a creative destination.

Tenants will be moving into the top 2 floors imminently, where remaining studios range from approx. 200ft2 to 550ft2.

The Phase 2 fit out (the ground floor), is about to start, with a mixture of studios from less than 100ft2 to large 'loading bay' sculpture studios and 1500ft2+ group studios and several smaller spaces.

Rents will include free WiFi throughout the building and will start at £11.50/ft2/per annum.
